Every business from every upload, including landlines and rows without a phone. Mobile numbers also enter the calling flow; their status shows here.

Batches

Each upload is a batch. Running batches send intro SMS automatically between 11am–1pm and 4pm–6pm IST (not on Sundays or holidays), up to the daily limit.

Each message can have several versions. The system tests them fairly until each has 100 sends, then mostly sends the best one (by missed-call rate for intro, reply rate for details) while still trying the others now and then. Versions with categories go only to those businesses (e.g. foundry). Every text must be registered on DLT exactly as written.

Each number's health is checked every 10 minutes. If the score falls below 50 or opt-outs pass 5%, the number is paused automatically.
